Product Introduction
The ZXQ-1DA automatic metallographic specimen embedding machine is used for embedding small, difficult to handle or irregular workpieces. After embedding, it is easy to perform grinding and polishing operations on the workpiece, and it is also beneficial for users to observe the material's microstructure more conveniently under a metallographic microscope.
This machine can automatically heat and pressurize, and after pressing and forming, it will automatically cool down and stop. Open the top cover, press the up button, and the sample will automatically rise to retrieve the part. Note: Limited to thermosetting materials (such as bakelite powder), temperature has been adjusted/controlled.
The embedding machine can work reliably under the following conditions:
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;
2. The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than -10 ℃;
3. The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 85% (at 20 ℃);
4. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas, or corrosive gas that seriously damages metals and insulators around;
5. There is no obvious vibration or turbulence;
6. The gas source pressure is 0.6-0.8mpa.
